CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Peanacks will not accept any cancellation once the Item purchased and Confirmation received.
- Any case of refund or cancellation is at sole discretion of Peanacks
- Peanacks.com offer refund only for the following two conditions:
a) If the product is not received even after 10 working days (Saturday & Sunday Excluded)
b) Product lost while shipping.
- Please make sure that you intimate us at-least 2 day before the mentioned time frame, in the mean time please call to your local courier hub and inquire the status of your parcel too by Tracking code of courier Given at the time of booking shipment confirmation.
- Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.
Peanacks.com cannot offer refund for the following reasons:
- Shipment cannot deliver because of the recipient unavailability or wrong address.
- Shipment cannot deliver due to premises locked.
- Shipment cannot deliver because of the wrong contact number, unreachable contact number and no-reply contact number.
- Wrong orders placed by the customer and once the product are shipped.
- If recipient refused to accept the products.
- User didn’t intimate us in the mentioned time frame.
Payment refund process will take 5-7 Working days. At any circumstances 4% of total ordered value will be charged from customer as settlement Fees.
